Please check our Retail Availability Calendar to make sure we are available for your event date. We suggest placing orders as far in advance as possible, and they must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the day you would like to pick up. All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date in our schedule. Cancellations require at least 4 days notice, no refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 4 days notice.
Unless requested otherwise, all cakes are finished in vanilla butercream. Price includes writing, decoration with edible streamers and confetti, buttercream flowers or edible flowers (in season only).
While we offer cakes for special/restricted diets, you must specify that when placing your order. Any item marked with a “V” can be made vegan, and any item marked with a “GF” can be made gluten-free, please make sure to specify when you place your order. (We are also able to accomodate many other requests like soy free, corn free, etc. Just ask!)
All menu items are produced on the same equipment and may contain traces of items not included in the ingredients. Please make sure to mention any allergies when you place your order. You can see our Allergy information page for more details
There are additional charges for stacking cakes, cutting cakes into shapes, Edible Images or other custom artwork. These are determined on a cake-by-cake basis, depending on the complexity of the design.

Our Tortes are made with 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling. Choose from one of our suggestions, or put together your own combination!
Lemon Raspberry – (V/GF) Layers of lemon cake spread with a thin layer of lemon curd, layered with raspberry buttercream. Finished with Lemon buttercream icing
Chocolate Opera (V/GF) The traditional torte of coffee infused chocolate genoise, filled with alternating layers of coffee buttercream and whipped chocolate, then coated with rich chocolate ganache
Chocolate Raspberry Torte (V/GF) Layers of chocolate cake brushed with raspberry syrup, filled with alternating layers of Raspberry buttercream and whipped chocolate ganache.
Carrot Cake (V/GF) Our moist carrot cake loaded with carrots, pineapple, coconut, and more; filled with our own melt in your mouth cream cheese buttercream
Strawberry Grand Marnier(V/GF) Grand Marnier infused genoise, layered with fresh sliced strawberries and Grand Marnier buttercream, finished with vanilla buttercream icing

Shaped caked are a 2-D cake, cut into a shape or numbers. These are available with our regular 4 days notice. Since this is a custom item, price is dependent on design, but expect a shaped cake to add at least $3 per slice to the cost of a cake, then going up depending on complexity, use of fondant, artwork, etc. . Only cakes 8″ square and larger can be made into a shaped cake
Cakes can be sculpted into almost anything you can imagine, but that amount of custom work takes extra notice to properly plan and execute. Sculpted cakes are individually priced due to their completely customized nature.
