As mentioned before, we strictly limit the number of wedding cakes we will produce per day. Sometimes very popular weekends can book up far in advance. Whenever you feel you are ready to meet, please call and make your consultation.
Unfortunately, we cannot “save” dates without a non-refundable retainer. You may choose choose to put down a “good faith” deposit before you come in for the consultation to book the date, so there is no chance of it being booked and no longer available.
